Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we can ship Worldwide. Please note that the customer is responsible for all import fees and taxes charged that may occur.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from you?

All you need to order from us is a valid debit or credit card. No Paypal account is required.

Can I return my product if I decide it's not for me?

If you wish to return any items you have 14 days to do so if you are not 100% happy. Please note, products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated automatically on checkout. Cost is based on what you are purchasing and where it's being shipped to.

When will I receive my items?

Your item/s should be sent within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order and we have received your payment.

The estimated delivery times once we have shipped your item/s are:

Within the U.K., 3-5 working days

Europe, 5-7 working days

Rest of world, 7-10 working days.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs when shipping outside of the U.K.
