Refund and Exhange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition with 14 days of receipt and we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.
Delivery charges are only refundable if your goods are faulty or wrongly supplied and a refund is made.
If the item you have received is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, please contact email@example.com with the details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns that haven't been authorised by following this procedure. You have 30 days from receipt of faulty or incorrectly supplied items to return them to us.
Note: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
